With a 40+ year proven track record, operating in Essex London, East Anglia and the Home Counties, we are perfectly positioned to advise on all aspects of development, improvements to your Home, Business or Investment Portfolio.

With Associate Professionals and Consultants from all sectors of the industry we are able to advise on all stages & impact factors that need to be considered prior to starting a project and to then be maintained throughout the process.

A&P Designs pride themselves on having an open-door policy to all sizes of development and projects and have extensive experience on projects from simple porch extensions to housing developments, Hospitals, Hotels and Offices.

A&P offer multiple levels of consulting to a wide range of developers and builders; offering technical input from Initial Concept, Planning to Building Control and Construction. We act as the lead Building Consultant for a number of large Essex & Central London based building companies who call on our technical, design and construction knowledge.

Where We Work

A&P operate mainly in North East London, East Anglia & the Home Counties. Subject to project type and need, we can provide site attendance further afield where required.

We are known to Local Authority’s Planning and Building Control Departments, and are familiar with the individual Councils’ preferences and restrictions. This giving A&P the advantage when commenting on likely Planning Success and subsequent buildability.

Similarly, A&P have a deep understanding of the factors effecting foundation design associated with the Geology of the areas we operate in, and are able to offer early guidance in the design process as to the likelihood and need for specialist designed foundations, and other impact factors that may prevent or hinder project success.
